Any amount, no matter how small, can help to save Staffies that have ended up in the pound and are facing destruction.

There are lots of Rescues around the country trying to save Staffies. Why not visit your local Rescue and see if they could use your donation to help the lives of Staffies. Or alternatively, search online to find a breed specific Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue.

Funds are desperately needed to pay for transport, kennelling and vet fees.  Can you help?

Even if you can't give a lot, or can't give at all, you can still help to spread to the word and encourage other people to give a donation.

Volunteers are working hard to save Staffies and other breeds of dogs from the pound before their time is up, but they cannot afford to do this out of their own pocket for very long.

Dogs have to be moved to emergency kennels if a Rescue space cannot be found before the 'put to sleep date' arrives.

Emergency kennelling costs approx. £5.75 per night, per dog.

To see that in practice...

e.g. To save 20 dogs for just one night costs £115.

e.g. To save 5 dogs for 2 weeks costs £402.50

Then add the travel costs...

Volunteers collect the dogs from the Council pounds and transport them to Rescues all over the country - this means HUGE expense.

Obviously, these expenses are impossible to find or fund from the volunteers pockets alone, which is why donations from the public are desperately needed and the word needs to be spread as far and wide as possible.
